We had a couple of leaking faucets and when they came out to evaluate they determined that my main water line was the issue. While replacing the main water line they discovered that the gas line was leaking from the pipes under the slab foundation. We then had to re-pipe the entire house for Gas. After 2 days of a clogged kitchen drain, I called Mike Counsil Plumbing. They scheduled a technician the same afternoon. But called back later saying there had been a delay and wanted to reschedule for the next day, which I accepted. Pablo and Bob arrived at the later part of the 2-hour window and got right to work. Pablo did a great job, checking and double checking that all was working correctly. Then cleaned up his work area nicely before he left.

Repiping a 2 story house: I don't have a problem with the quality of their work so far, but I do have a problem with how they handled proposed changes (not discussing or explaining far enough in advance, or at all, the changes possibly needed & alternatives available) to the scope of work (SOW) & not discussing financing methods available in advance v actual financing.
