I had the best selling experience with Mike and Nick. This was my first time selling a house. I listed in January and was closed at the end of February. He was very attentive to detail, readily available whenever I needed to talk or text a quick question. He helped explain each step of the way as we got there. Simple answer: Results. I was looking for the #1 Realtor in SW Florida, and I found him. If you're looking for someone to blow sunshine up your skirt, or tell you how magnificent your new haircut looks, you'd probably want to move on.
