At my first appointment with Mike, he came prepared with a Comparative Market Analysis for each of my properties. He recommended a listing price to me and explained the reason for the prices. My Agent Was Karen Smith, she works with the old glory team and was Absolutely Wonderful!! She took charge when we needed her the most and got us in the house we really wanted and stuck with us throughout the entire process always checking in even after things moved from writting offers into the actual contract I promise she was Heaven Sent. She made the whole first time buying process so much easier. We are really greatful to her for all her help and expertise!
