I got into contact with Joe by accident, but consider myself lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him. He was incredibly responsive and very accomadating to my specific situation (living out of state while house shopping). He was very knowledgeable and gave his honest opinion of the houses we viewed as I had asked him to do. My family is very very happy with the home he helped get us into!
