Thank you for the wonderful experience in the sale of our parents house. It went super fast and your staff was wonderful. You were able to find a buyer the first few hours the house was listed. We interviewed a number of realtors and decided to use Karen. Glad we did !! The Mike Lombardo team and Karen treated us like family. Buying a home in Cape Coral and living out of state can be a disaster, but Karen and coworkers were there when we couldn't. They are the best.. I just wish they could sell our house in Colorado. 100% complete confidence!!

The first day I called the office of Mike Lombardo, his staff put me right through to him. I was so impressed with his knowledge and honesty with the questions I asked him about my property. I listed my land and within 4 weeks, closed on it. Ines, was particularly helpful and friendly. I was constantly kept "in the loop" throughout the sale process. Kudos to Mike and his team!

I've deal with Many realtors over in years, all over Florida. Often times I never even get a reply back on Lot purchase inquiry or sale. I would highly recommend mike Lombardo. His team is great they had my lot sold in a very short time and had great ideas that helped sell the lot. He suggested someone to do clearing that resulted in some great pics

Mike and his team do an amazing job at finding the right house. This is the second time we've gone to the Lombardo team: once to sell and once to buy. Both times they were professional, knowledgable, and courteous. The house Clifton found was outside of where we were originally looking but wound up exactly where we wanted to live. I can't thank them enough.
