Our realtor Kathleen Brady is amazing. Always ready and willing to show us any house any time. She has so much knowledge and always willing to help us with any questions any time. Allison Demski was fantastic in helping us select our new home. I had sold our home rather quickly and we wanted to leave IL for FL now. Allison worked with us via the portal and helped me when I flew down on Mothers Day. We looked and agreed with the buyer in 1 day. The 7 appointments were well though out in driving distance. My house sold in one week, and Mike and his team helped make the entire process a smooth one. Joe Suoto was FANTASTIC in helping my girlfriend and I explore the real estate in Cape Coral. He was knowledgeable and dealt with the highest level of integrity telling us negatives as well as positives as he saw them in each property. He planned an executed an entire day of looking at homes with us and kept the showings within our budget. We could not recommend Joe highly enough for anyone looking for real estate in SW Florida!!
