I had the best selling experience with Mike and Nick. This was my first time selling a house. I listed in January and was closed at the end of February. He was very attentive to detail, readily available whenever I needed to talk or text a quick question. He helped explain each step of the way as we got there. Simple answer: Results. I was looking for the #1 Realtor in SW Florida, and I found him. If you're looking for someone to blow sunshine up your skirt, or tell you how magnificent your new haircut looks, you'd probably want to move on. We can't recommend Clifton Slater and the Mike Lombardo Team enough. He made everything so incredibly easy and enjoyable. I had the pleasure of having Karen as my house hunting agent. She is amazing at what she does and as a person. She found my husband and I the perfect first home! We started touring houses the next day after speaking with her. She is so prompt and organized. She answered all of our texts, calls and emails right away, even late at night.
