Something is seriously wrong at this Mikes. The first set of brushes are set up wrong. The drivers side is way too close, so bad it moves your vehicle in the track. The passenger side barely touches the car. I have had sub-par washes the last few times. They move the car through too fast. They barely spray the car down before hand. I am wondering why I pay for an unlimited. I am writing this review from the inside of the car wash that has broken down twice since Ive been in line. It took 20min to get a wash. Was able to get in and out of the car wash and 15 minutes or so which is good for it was a nice weather day after we've had some rainy bad weather. My wife's car is now nice and clean.
Our last several experiences at Mike's car washes have been underwhelming. They've obviously dialed back their equipment to cut costs while raising prices. The premium washes leave bugs on the grill and brake dust on the wheels. And no free vacuums are a bummer.
Paid $29 for a car wash and was not impressed. Did not get everything off of my car and it wasn’t even that dirty to begin with. However the customer service is good here very friendly and knowledgeable staff, although when I was pulling onto the automatic wash I wasn’t pulling on exactly correctly and the person Was a little impatient and short tempered with me - I would probably go there again cheaper fast rinse off of my car
Carwash was great wasn't impressed with the tire shine that slung all over my truck for 3 days after the wash. It also left a nasty residue on my rims that I brought to their attention. Courtney did a phenomenal job at making things right. Thanks Courtney for your dedication it shows above others. Thanks Mike's for a great wash as always.
