I got two coupon for car wash, so after my Chicago trip, i came here for a wash. It's Saturday, a lot of people seems have the same idea. So i wait in line. I was a little worried that it may take too long, but to my surprise, their process is very smooth and efficient, it goes much faster than i thought. Everything works great!

Really quick drive thru experience that does get my truck mostly clean (the back window never gets done and the tailgate is very hit/miss). For the prices charged, the vacuum should be complementary. Also, other washes that I have used have air sprayers in the detail area to help get water out of the mirror housing. Would be nice to have those too.

this was a great car wash experience. if you're not satisfied with the way your car came out of the car wash, you can go again for free.

Maybe it's just me but... the trip through the wash seams to get faster and faster. Went through today and must have been doing 30. This car wash just does an ok job. If your vehicle is actually dirty you will find dirty spots when it's done. I do give it some credit for having convenient hours.

My hubby and I woke up early to get to Mike's. Our cars were filthy since the storms. They are so organized and even though it was crowded we were done in about 15 minutes. The workers are friendly and they know what their job entails.

Mike's Carwash does an excellent job! We have been using this business for many years now and the customer service is great! The younger kids love to see the stuffed animals hanging out at the carwash like Elmo! If your vehicle has any dirt or spots that didn't come clean they will let you go through the wash again at no cost. To help lower the cost we like to buy the gift cards from Sam's Club and Costco which are discounted (like $75 for $100 worth of gift cards) and then use them to purchase the discounted books at Mike's... read more

I went to a "full service" car wash for 20 years, a place that is a still a great car wash. I finally tried Mike's about a 1 1/2 years ago. I had a ton of bugs on the car that I alerted them to, and the vehicle came out with a lot of residual bugs. I complained and immediately they issued me a re-wash and an additional car wash at no cost. -Great reaction. I now have a monthly unlimited wash package that keeps my car clean, -all the time. I stopped in after furniture shopping. It was my first visit and the attendant was very helpful with the descriptions of each wash. My truck looked great after the wash. The following trip the attendant sold me a wash book that saved me a little money on future washes. I really like the great customer service and the quality wash this company offers.
