Mini of Baltimore County took a dreadful previous experience in a different state and turned it into a dream come true. It was well worth "going the extra mile" to retrieve my perfect mini. Mr. Roles was reassuring and professional. Soon, I was at ease and relieved. It was a delight to learn the ins and out of my new mini. And I was soon on my way back to upstate NY--top down. Thank you Baltimore Mini.

We drove from NC to Maryland to get a new Mini. Baltimore Mini's staff especially Tony Roles (Sales) and Charlie Colhouer (Finance) were excellent. Tony told me exactly what to expect and what he could do for us so when we arrived there were no surprises. Charlie made sure we got the best financing available with extra options to help us with maintance in the future. They both went above and beyond. We highly recommend this dealership.

Though I had not planned on purchasing a new MINI, my 2006 MINI Cooper S Convertible had been totalled in a hit and run on I 695; I was T-boned by a car that had lost conrol. My little MINI took the hit and twirling like a champ, which is why I knew I definitely wanted another MINI. I survived what could have been a fatal accident in another vehicle. Everyone at Mini of Baltimore was great to work with. They worked with me on my trade vehicle. Abu is great. He allowed us to test drive EVERY model of Mini and was very helpful. Also, Jose from the Service area did a great job in preping the car and making sure that we were happy. Great car buying experience.

This is the second car I bought brand new from Tony Roles and both experiences were wonderful. Any issues that I have had were handled by everyone very quickly. Allison and Marc Cohen both went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied and made me want to stick with Mini of Baltimore. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Highly Recommended! Our salesperson Tony was very friendly and helpful. We felt he had our best interest in mind the entire time, even if it meant he might not get a sale. We are very pleased, my wife is a prior customer, this was the second MINI Cooper we have purchased from this dealer and have had a great experience both times.
