This is the first MINI we've purchased and the entire experience was great. Our salesman, Richard Thobe, was excellent. He provided us information on the MINI, the company,the dealership and spent all the time we needed to answer our questions(and there were many)and help us select the best car for us. I had an amazing experience with Mini of Baltimore. I knew I wanted a Mini, but i had never bought a car before and was nervous about the process. Jeff Testerman made the experience exceptional. He discussed with me what I was looking for and helped me select the right options. I had to work through my finances over the weekend and Jeff was very understanding of the fact that I could not purchase on the spot. Baltimore Mini made it an easy and great car buying experience. Great deal with rebate, and 0.9% financing make it hard to pass up. The Cooper's virtually sell themselves after a test drive. Thanks to my motoring advisor Suki Reynolds for making it a pleasant and painless experience. She was great allowing me to test drive about 4 different models on a nice little back roads route to get the full experience in the Cooper JCW. The Mini of Baltimore County was a great experience! This is the fourth Mini I have purchased and Mini of Baltimore is by far the best dealership I have been to. A big shout out to Greg Banker in the sales dept. A real asset to Mini! From the manager to the finance department,you can tell these guys are a team of professionals,working together like a machine! All of the staff were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and shown to our contact person in a manner of minutes. We were test driving the exact vehicle we wanted to see in less than 20 minutes from the time we arrived at the dealer. Large selection of vehicles to chose from in a variety of price/option ranges. The sales associate Jeff Testerman took his time with me (I did not feel rushed or pushed into a decision.) He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He had no qualms or hesitations in bringing several Mini Cooper Hardtops for me to review. I visited Mini of Balto. County on Saturday when it was busy and he gave undivided attention to me. I would recommend this dealership and this is WHY -- I had an excellent experience at Mini of Baltimore -- starting with my sales representative, Jeff Testerman...I came into the dealership confused about which model I wanted to buy...Jeff -- who had been very responsive to my emails before I came into the dealership -- took me on three separate test drives -- patiently sitting there while I relearned how to use a manual transmission...we then talked about what I liked about each model -- and finally said, "Bill, you seemed ... read more

Great Dealer to work with. No pressure. Greg Banker did a great job of answering all of our questions and he putting up with us spending 3/4 of the day on Saturday just trying to decide which mini we wanted. Charlie in finace was great to work with as well. If you can't find a mini you like on this lot you are way to picky... Great working you these guys... FYI drove 660 miles round trip to deal with Mini of BWI.

I had a great experience. The Motoring Advisor was very nice, honest and there was no hassle. I was pleased with the Trade In value and absolutley love my MINI!!!!!! There was plenty of car stock to choose from. I am always hesitant when car shopping because of sales pressure but I was very at ease at MINI of Baltimore County! I would recommend to anyone!
