My Service Rep; Jess, was just wonderful and very professional. He definitely will be my "go to" person for all future repairs, service, questions, etc. This was my first experience dealing with the Mini chain and I rate in all excellent and exceptional.
Jess always provides excellent customer service. He takes the time to explain the best way to maintain our vehicles. He is a main reason we are loyal, returning MINI BALTIMORE customers!
Jess wildasin has been my service advisor for quite awhile. In fact, I cant remember if I've ever had anyone else. Whenever I come in he greets me with a smile and a handshake. I have owned my Mini for over 4 years and I can honestly say that on every visit Jess has made me feel valued as a customer. We recently had a major repair and Jess made every effort to help us understand the issue. Working with Jess is part of why I have been so happy with my Mini experience.
Jonathan (Yoni) Baron exemplifies customer service. He always does a careful review of what I need and makes sure I get the best service possible at a fair price. He also makes sure I am kept informed of progress and any delays. I feel that he is looking out for me. The rest of the staff is also friendly and efficient.
I am on my second Mini. My first one was used and I was reluctant to take it to a dealership. My reluctance was unfounded and, I have found, that they are great to work with. Allen, in particular, has earned my respect and appreciation. He knows a lot about these cars and his guidance has been invaluable in determining which repairs are necessary and which can wait. I trust his advice and don't hesitate to sing his praises to anyone who asks.

Allen Rolocut is top notch! allen is excellent to work with on service issues greet you with a smile and explains everything. I have enjoyed working with him.
I have a very demanding on call job which requires me to carry a lot of product around in my car on a daily basis. Jess gets me in as soon as possible, sets me up with a loaner, and goes the extra mile and helps me move my product between cars every time. I don't miss a beat at work when I have to get my car serviced.
It's possible that Jess Wildasin has other clients, but I choose to believe that my husband and I are the only ones. It's easy to think so, because that's the way it feels when we come in for service. Jess has a relaxed, mellow, warm personality.
