Richard Thobe was our Advisor for our recent Mini purchase. I gave him our wish list and price range and he found us the perfect car. He was patient and respectful, and seemed to genuinely care about his customer. His instructional overview of the car was very thorough. I found a certified pre-owned JCW Clubman on the Mini of Baltimore County web site. I sent an email requesting more info about the car and then called the phone number a few minutes later. Jeremy Davidson answered the phone and told me all about the car. Later in the conversation, he mentioned that he had already received a message to contact me. Tom is easily the best MINI sales advisor around. I cannot recommend a better person to see when you are looking to purchase a MINI. Having worked with Tom before it was a no brainier to call him again. The level of service provided by Tom and Mark in finance is second to none. Go in and ask for Tom and you will have the single most enjoyable purchasing experience you will ever have.

Great experience from start to finish. I had already visited several dealerships by the time I went to MINI of Baltimore. In some cases I hadn't even bothered to test drive a vehicle because the salesman did something to irritate me and I just walked away. Our most recent visit to the dealership, we met with Alison. She, and the others at this location, are to be commended for their excellent customer service. The dealership looks hip, I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, fun, up-bit music is played all the time. They have a very nice waiting area if anyone needs work done on their cars, or loaner cars for busy customers that can't wait. I just bought my new MINI here, the staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Even though the price was very hard to negotiate, which I think it's a general MINI dealer policy, I still walked away with a price that I am happy about.

I was dreading coming to a car dealership and would have preferred a colonoscopy (including prep). But that was before meeting Suki Hinde-Reynolds, the world's best motoring advisor! She made the whole experience fun and relaxing. I can't say enough good about her knowledge, attitude, and skills.
