I love, love my Mini! Richard Thobe was kind, courteous, and patient - wonderful in every way, which made the whole experience enjoyable. He set everything (clock, radio, Blue tooth, temp. etc.)up on the car, then explained it all, so I was comfortable and ready to go! I think he was as happy as I was to see me drive my new Mini away wearing my Mini of Baltimore cap!

Buying a car from Mini of Baltimore was by far the best new car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Tony was a superior sales person (motoring advisor). Friendly and very knowledgeable. Our first Mini and not the last, as long as these guys are still around!!! Even after the sale they have been top notch!!! The only thing missing, was string quartet playing in the show room!:)
