My wife and had done a small amount of research before coming to Mini of Baltimore for our next vehicle. Great customer service and an overall good experience. To anyone considering a Mini, I would say the trip to Baltimore county is a good idea. They are willing to answer all questions, and with much patience. I would recommend Mini of Baltimore County to anyone.

If you want to feel that your time and business are valued, this dealership is the place for you. Staff you can trust. Service work that will be done right. I've used the competitors for convenience -- with poor results. This dealership is worth going out of your way for.

On 2/19/11, after suffering 2 bait and switch routines at 2 other non-MINI dealerships, I literally stumbled into Mini of Towson. During the next 5 hours I dealt with the most pleasant and forthright salesman (Richard Thobe), the very straight shooter, charming General Manager (Mike Coleman) and the efficient Alison Cohen. Very helpful with helping me before and after the sale of my car. Was able to go on several test drives before i decided which car i wanted. I was shown all the features my car has and also how to use them. I was also offered suggestions as to other items available for my car.

Our buying experience was terrific. Both Greg and Michael went all out to locate a car in their extensive inventory that best suited our wishes. Their financing terms were great, much better than expected. Our trade-in vehicle (also a MINI) had been originally purchased from MINI of Towson (same dealership, old name). Our previous purchasing and service experiences with them were what brought us back. We highly recommend MINI of Baltimore County. Ask for Greg.

After planning to spend an hour or two test-driving a Mini Cooper S, we were so pleased with the car and employees that we decided to buy it right there. Many of our options were added on-the-spot, the sales and contracting staff are all very friendly and quite knowledgeable. There's little room for negotiation on a Mini Cooper, though, so I suspect much of their profit comes from the add-ons (which are not cheap).

The year end deals were great, but it meant that a lot of paperwork had to be done in a short amount of time. Everyone at Baltimore Mini did a great job. Jeremy was an friendly and helpful sales person. Ray the sales manager made sure the car I leased was serviced before I bought it and took care of me. Love my cars and I will be back

I purchased my mini cooper in 2009 from Mini Cooper of Baltimore County. In November of 2010, I had to have my car serviced. I was advised that I had a bad clutch and that it was user error. The cost of this repair would have been devistating for me. The manager of Mini Cooper, of Baltimore County (Michael Coleman)came to my rescue. He helped me rectify my problem.
