"It was perfect." I was treated first class, as always. Joe took care of my problems efficiently and put me in a loaner. Car was ready when promised.
"Looking for a new car at a great price" I saw a "memorial Day" special on pricing of the mini cooper car. I was looking to lease a new vehicle and price was extremly important. I got in touch with a representative at the dealership and she was so helpful and on top of things. I made an appointment to go in and test drive a car, and with some slight adjustments - I now drive a great Mini Cooper and i'm so happy.
"Always a great experience" I came to MINI of Ramsey last year when I moved to Hawthorne. I've come for a few oil changes and I had an issue with my center display at one point. Every time I visit, it's always a pleasant experience. I moved again and Morristown MINI is closer to home so I decided to give them a try. NOPE! Not the same experience AT ALL! I came back to MINI of Ramsey this past weekend. I don't care how far it is; it's worth the drive! Thanks so much!

"Great service guy working for you!" Joe Frasco in service was very helpful with getting repairs scheduled, loaner car, maintenance contract extension. He gave me his 110% effort and I am very pleased with the outcome.
"Excellent Service" Never had a problem at this Service Center. Excellent work and even better staff. Ran into the gentleman that sold me my car. Chatted a few minutes, never had a better salesman anywhere. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Mini.

"check up" I have worked with both Max and Mark for several years and was glad to find them at Ramsey. Made this appointment to have my 2013 Roadster checked ahead of expiration of extended maintenance warranty. Neither Max nor Mark were available, so Joe took care of me. He was very pleasant and professional at all times. Later in the day, Max followed up online. Great service!
