"Very Pleasant Customer Experience!" Dealership and salesperson was very knowledgeable. Gregory took the time to show me several vehicles, provided honest answers to questions, and provided a great customer experience. I visited several Mini dealerships in my vehicle search and this by far was the best!
"A Breath of Fresh Air" After dealing with a different MINI Dealer previously my experience with MINI of Ramsey was leaps and bounds above my experience with my previous dealer. Despite the challenging nature of my service they handled it with professionalism, care and courtesy. My issues were taken seriously and promptly. I wish I had known this years ago!
"Wonderful, helpful, thoughtful, and fantastic experience!" The person I worked with named Alexandra, was extremely helpful. She answered every single question I had, she was completely honest with me and treated me very genuinely. I texted her at many times throughout the day and she would always respond quickly and with as much help as she could give. I could not be more thankful for the experience I had, as it was relieving and made the process so easy for me. I would highly recommend to absolutely anyone!
"Great customer service!" Was a very quick and easy process. I came in from Atlanta to buy the car and had requested that any paperwork that I needed to sign be ready so that I could get in and out quickly. I texted my salesperson when I was on the way from the airport and she greeted me when I arrived and everything was ready and I was on my way. Ruby did an excellent job and would definitely recommend her if you are looking to visit this dealership.
"Always the best!" I purchased my car new from the dealer. Ever since I purchased it I always take it to them for service and they stand behind their vehicles that they sell. Normally I would never go to the dealer for service, but this is an exception as Prestige mini is very very good.
"Great Experience!" I had a great experience at mini of Ramsey. Greg was very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns and took the time to show me everything about the car. In the end I leased my very first mini and I couldn’t be happier!
"Excellent and responsive" Joe Frasco, account supervisor, was excellent to work with and resolved all my issues. He kept me informed and was quick to resolve the issue with my radio!
