"Easy, friendly and honest" Terry was a gentlemen through and through. I have always been weary of “car sales men”. Terry was not that at all, he came across as genuine and answered our questions honestly and unassumingly. Will recommend 100%
"All the best" I have came with some problems in my tire pressure. My car was very fast checked, find the problems and fix it. All this job takes approximately 15-20 min. Also your technician find very dangerous damage on one of tires. I did not remembered if i have tire insurance but the guy who made all paper work went somewhere and bring my tire insurance, so replacing tire cost me $0!!! "Routine maintenance " When my car notification reported to me that it was time for scheduled maintenance/oil change. I called the Mini service number stored in my car. I was able to make an appointment for the same morning. I had to reschedule and was able to move it to later the same morning without a problems

"Great deal and awesome customer service" Excellent overall experience with Abe and Alexandra helping me compare leasing vs CPO options, and ultimately giving me a great deal on a new 2019 Mini. Alex in particular was very patient and helpful in meeting additional requests and answering specific follow up questions. Very efficient process and other staff was very polite too.
