"Refreshing Honesty " After leasing my car and doing most of my service from another MINI dealership in New Jersey, MINI Ramsey is such a refreshing experience. They are so honest, caring and accommodating. I never feel like they're pushing me to do service I don't need (unlike the other dealership I've dealt with). If I could do it all over, I would have leased my MINI from Ramsey and gone out of my way (I live about 40 miles away) to get my car serviced there for the duration of the lease. "Big deal!!" Gregory was the best. He helped us get a very good deal on a hybrid mini and he assist us from begining to end and went very smoth.
"Great Service!" Joe and the service department at Mini of Ramsey were great! I brought in my car unsure of what was wrong with it, figuring just spark plug issue. When Joe realized that it was much more than just a simple spark plug change, he approached with empathy abound and even brought over the mechanic who was working on my car to show some of what was the problem. "routine check" Routine engine light check. Updated software. I also ordered a spare tire kit. Although 1 part came in wrong, it was not the fault of anyone at the dealer and the issue will be resolved by Tuesday. All in all, very happy with the service department.

"Ryan was very helpful" I am completely disappointed with MINI Financial Service Department and their Manager Abraham Khalifeh. They sold me a certified used car with five year old tires that had dry rot and were cracking from the outside. One tire actually just blow apart while I was driving on a busy highway. Once in the Mini Service center, it was observed that all four tires were bad, and needed to be replaced for safety reasons.
