"Great Mini Dealership!" First off, I love that they have a wider selection of Minis to choose from on their lot. I found the color and style of car I really wanted. Everyone I encountered was helpful and they had great communication with me. Attentive, but not overbearing. I found their prices to be competitive or lower than other Mini dealerships, but they still really worked with me on getting the purchase price right and making it as easy as possible for an out-of-state customer like me. "Excellent" I arrived with an unscheduled engine light in the afternoon. Loaner was provided. Car repaired. Car washed. Everyone I dealt with was helpful. I'm delighted.
"My car was making a straining noise when turning the wheel." Max rode in the car to verify the sound was not normal in light of a recent strut repair. Ryan quickly scheduled me & he took care of the situation immediately & fortunately it was covered under the warranty of the repair. A loaner car was set up, but I only needed to use it for a small errand.
"Leasing a car" Leasing a car can be a very stressful experience, but Ruby King made it so easy. She is extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting a mini. I hope to be able to continue purchasing cars fRuby.
"no heat" appointment was readily available for next day, which was awesome. my service advisor contacted me upon availability of diagnostic result. i didn't like the recommendation, not that it was wrong but just too expensive. my service advisor was really nice enough to provide me a discount that's available online. hope to deal with him again in the future.

"Professional, no nonsense" The process for leasing my vehicle was very straightforward. The sales team was upfront and very clear about the car I was considering - both the pros and cons - as compared to the vehicle I was driving previously. Made for a very clear decision making process for me without any of the smoke and mirrors that can make for a less than pleasant experience.
"Made an inconvience convienient! " My car needed a part replaced and needed to be keept over the weekend. I was in a loaner in no time and back on the road!
