"Saturday service saved my butt!" I needed immediate service on Saturday for my Mini S convertible. Stuck in NJ from out of state Ramsey got me rolling and back home safely. Grateful!
"Friendly, Knowledgeable customer service" I scheduled a 9:00am appointment with Greg. From the time we met he was friendly and approachable. He allowed me to test drive several of the vehicles and explained the pros and cons of each relating to my situation. After the test drives we sat down and did an analysis of each vehicle to determine which one would be right for me. "incredibly awesome!!" This is the first time in my life that i did not feel stressed having a flat tire! the service was so smooth and incredibly fast. I shouldnt be saying this but the service in Canada is not comparable to my experience in this dealer ! i wish i lived here it would a pleasure bringing my car to that service center . thank you for this great experience:)

"Great customer service" The team that I dealt with at Prestige MINI this time was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They were also expedient as I needed my car for a trip and they delivered. I would highly recommend them. I dealt with Max and another gentleman at the front desk - I think his name was Joseph but am not certain. Both were great.
"Mini re-do" My wife and I visited the dealership to inquire about trading in our Mini Countryman and taking advantage of the loyalty program. We met with Terry who was accommodating with a test drive and courteous and responsive to our needs and concerns. All questions were addressed to our satisfaction. "Excellent service" Drop my car for a service, Arrive at the dealer at 8am and by 8;20 I was driving the loaner to work. They call me at noon ,the car was ready, lunch time drive up in and out with enough time to finish my lunch. Excellent service.
"Excellent sales staff" My previous satisfactory experience led me to revisit for another Mini lease. I wasn't disappointed either this time. Terry was courteous and efficient, and didn't pressure to conclude the deal until I was satisfied.
