"Service was knowledgeable and extremely helpful" I went for my first service of my 2018 Countryman. From start to finish the experience was excellent. I walked in and the service tech Mark M was telling me information on my car that I would never have known. He shared with me my car's driving type based on the information provided by the car's electronics. "Efficient and friendly" Terry and Abraham were the best, friendly and not pushy. Both gentlemen help me navigate the what,why’s and hows of leasing a new car. Nervous as I was after an accident, they were reassuring and made sure I took my time before making a big decision. Dan explained patiently all the features of the mini.
"It was comfortable, calm and optimistic " I was very pleased the way Gregory works. He explained everything very clearly and helped me to get what I needed. He took his time to show everything about the car and always responses to my massages as soon as possible. Gregory is very positive person and enthusiastic about his work.

"A pleasant experience" I had a longer than expected day buying my used car but it worked out. I'm not sure how long it typically takes to buy a car the same day as finding it, but 7 hours seemed long. I wish they could have found a way to get the car in the shop to check out the broken heated seat and Max AC since I live 2.5 hours away. I now have to spend another day going to a more local mini dealer to hopefully get it worked out under my CPO warranty and I'm still worried someone else won't do it under the warranty. "Sales experience " Pleasant environment and all the people went out of their way to be helpful. Salesman followed my golden rule which is just do what you say you will do.
