"LOVE MY TEAM AT RAMSEY" The dealer ship is awesome! customer service is off the charts! I love my mini BUT its the dealership is what makes me continue to drive a mini and that is the honest truth
"Great" also, when do I get to put my real license plates on my car? my temp plates expire this coming sunday. also, why is one of my blinkers blinking much faster than the other? I read that it has to do with a bulb being out, but both front and back are working. Ruby was very helpful
"Service" Everyone's super friendly, great service. I was very pleased. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Overall this is a great dealership and i would definitely recommend to other people.
"Preferred Dealership " I’ve been to other dealerships in the area & will not return to anyone other than Mini of Ramsey. Their knowledge of the cars & processes for service & maintenance plans is flawless. Scheduling always gets me in right away & customer service is on point. Never had any complaints about this dealership & they have helped me when other dealerships gave me incorrect information.
"Fantastic" Everybody took care of me beautifully when I arrived they got my car in for service they kept me informed of what needed to be done what the cost would be and what was included in my service contract.

"Third purchase... " I have purchased three cars from this dealership over the last year and would recommend them to anyone. The General Manager, Abe is a real gentleman and takes the time to sit and talk and make you feel extremely comfortable when making the decision. Absolutely no sales pressure was ever thrown at me. They quoted the price, I countered and we agreed on the deal. Simple... Couldn't be happier that we stopped there when we started searching for our first mini...
