"Courteous & friendly service" Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the visit took longer than anticipated because there was a piece of undershielding that came loose that they had to fix, but only told me that after everything was done. Overall great job team!

"Always excellent service!" Every time I've had my car serviced at Prestige Mini/Mini of Ramsey I've been treated well, the service has been complete and there have been no issues. Ryan Patti is my usual service advisor but since he was away, Mark Mozdziez stepped in.
"Flat tire service " Joe was communicative every step of the way. He called to tell me when EZ Care was not open and then called as soon as the car was ready and to tell me to come half an hour later so it could get a proper wash. I really appreciated being informed every step of the process.
"Fabulous Service" As always, great service and professionalism from Prestige MINI. This is my fourth MINI from you, and I am always thoroughly satisfied. There is one thing though. I did not receive the $100 service special when you spend over $1,000 on maintenance. I’m sure this is just a minor oversight that can be corrected.

Abe, the General Manager, went beyond his responsibility and did a free repair on my car (although it was out of warrantees for this particular issue)..
