"Great service, Great experience" I stopped by to schedule a routine appointment for my MINI. My car was taken in immediately and a comfortable 90 minutes later, it was returned to me ready to go and spotless inside and out.
"Emergency Service" Brought car in without an appointment at 730 am. Diagnosed issues by 9 am. Repaired by 1 pm Just awesome friendly service. Plus coffee. Thank you
"Joe Did everything to help me out." I loved dealing with Joe Frasco. He is friendly and accommodating and was willing to explain my CPO Warranty information. He took his time even though it was almost time to go home for the night.
" Much better than I thought " Day before hit a bad pothole , next day tire light came on was heading to a appointment , Felt car wasn’t driving right when I got there saw a nice hole in my tire and smoke was coming out and panicked .. "Awesome treatment!" The service advisors didn't talk down to me like I was some sort of idiot because I was female. I never feel like a dumb girl when I walk out Prestige Mini. That level of customer service is very important to me.
"Met all my expectations" The work was very basic, a brake light bulb burned out. They also installed an aftermarket cup holder, the installation of which was a little more complicated than I had thought. In the end they were able to do it under budget and quickly, and I was very pleased.
