"just one thing" Both Michelle, who handled the finance and Ruby, our salesperson were extremely accommodating. The provided after market assistance and guidance regarding the used mini we purchased. Just one thing, being buyers from NY State in this NJ dealership we were not familiar with the standard Documentary Fee-$499 on every car sold regardless of the purchase price. "Superior Service " As always, going to Prestige MINI has been an extremely positive experience. They found the problem with my MINI promptly , and repaired it efficiently. I would recommend anyone who owns a MINI to utilize Prestige. You will never regret it.
"Friendly experience" The only option apparently for replacing my mini’s battery is to go through Mini garage. An expensive part and service to install... that said my rep. Worked with me on price and was knowledgeable in the serving details and explained it to me in a friendly and professional manner. Overall positive experience. I can’t be too upset my factory battery did last eight years!
"Consistency " Every visit at mini has left a lasting impression that regardless of the job associates always have an answer, or know exactly who will know how to get you (or in this case me) back on the road. They also understand that people are busy, and have loaners readily available so you're not stuck waiting for the job to be finished (in my case they said i would be stuck for hours and got me into a loaner almost immediately). "Excelente service. " Best place to service your mini in NJ , I am very please with the service and would definitely recomend freabdly and corteus staff. I like the mini boutique and all the mini merchandise they have for sale. The car feels like a different car after the service.
"Tire problem" Outstanding service after I arrived without an appointment with a bad tire. Staff is consistently courteous and efficient, whether on the phone or in person.
