"Excellent customer service" Dan Vieldhouse was excellent and very helpful. He took time to explaine everything about the Mini Cooper. He’s Friendly and knowledgeable in his field of work. He made sure that we would leave without any questions.
"Courteous and professional. " My salesperson, Terry Glattman, was patient and courteous throughout the sales process. He and his peers worked hard to facilitate my purchase of a pre-owned Mini. I would recommend this dealership.
"Service" It was handled expeditiously in a very professional manner especially considering the fact that it was the day before the Christmas and early in the morning
"Brake service" Fast, Respectful and Very professional to deal with. I always love bringing my car here coz they really take care of me. The waiting area is always clean and organized which is I always loved too.
"Service excellence" From the minute I called and was given an appointment the next morning, to showing up and being given white glove service my experience was terrific. I was informed of everything that needed to be done, given an accurate timeline and promptly provided with a loaner car.
"Countryman" From the very beginning to the time of delivery I was kept apprised of the benefits of the vehicle and then the subsequent movement from the Netherlands to Port Newark and then to the dealership and onto me. This made me feel very comfortable that everything was handled very well.

"Great experience" It is never fun to bring a car in for service but Mini of Ramsey changed that. Making the appointment was easy and when I arrived the turnover was quick and thorough. Mike went over what the car needed, the waiting area was great and there was coffee, water and food available plus lots of great cars to look at. The work was done in the time I expected and the car was washed when it came back out. Great experience overall.
