"New car purchase" I had excellent service from Ruby! The 2019 has a much better suspension than my 2004!! There should be no minimum for a review.....thank you

"A quick and easy experience. " Mini of Ramsey's service department is thorough and quick. I dropped the car off at 8, got my loaner and was back by 3:30 for a pickup.

"Ruby King is the BOMB" This is my third Mini, all because of Ruby. Granted the entire staff is wonderful. However, Ruby always helps me and goes out of her way to make sure I am in the car I want.
"Warranty Recall and cosmetic work" Joe Frasco was the only highlight here as it was a recall coolant pump and some cosmetic work. Joe mad the event painless and downright convenient.
"Fabulous Sales Department!" Great Sales people - Dan Vieldhouse is professional, courteous and very helpful. Sale Manager Abe Levy is very attentive and help as well. The dealership is a very welcoming one and the rest of the staff is great too.
" Service Visit" Got a courtesy call for service. Got an appointment, in and out in 90 minutes. I spent that time talking to a rep about renewing my lease. Well done^^
"Ryan Patti is GREAT! Always very helpful." I called ryan with a problem and was told to bring it right in. did not have to wait. he was also able to get me a loner car right away.
