"Flat tire fixed in a short period of time" Excellent service. They serviced my car the same day I came in for a flat tire. I even had a shuttle service back and forth to my office.
"lease a new mini" robert was honest and knowledgable. answered all my questions, was personable. waiting time for seeing business manager was excessive but did not seem to be the fault of the individuals involved in the leasing process.
"Great Customer Service " My salesman Terry is a great salesman. He went above and beyond to make me feel good about my purchase. I would definitely work with him again.
"Oil Check and Service" I scheduled an appointment for oil change and regular service at Mini on a Friday Morning. I was assisted immediately and kept updated on the status of my vehicle as it was being serviced. The folks at Mini treat you like family, it is greatly appreciated.
"Service needed after body work. " I had minor passenger. Side body repair ($300 in parts) and after the repair was complete I didn’t have any heat in the car. So I stopped by Mini service and was scheduled for service appointment and a loaner car. Ryan Patti contacted me regularly to let me know the status.
"Great Service" Came in for complementary safery check and got imediate attention from Ryan. He described the service to be preformed, he kept me updated on progress of service, and when work was completed, he described what was done.
"By far the best dealership I have ever worked with" Every time I bring my mini Cooper countryman in for service or a repair, I’ve found the service surpassed my greatest expectations. I highly recommend this dealership.
"Concierge Service " In just one hour I was in and out for an oil change. While I waited I was treated to all of the eye candy in the mini showroom along with a tasty bagel and cream cheese and fresh brewed coffee too! I didn’t think it could get any better until my concierge brought over my car keys and said not only was my service complete but my mini was washed and cleaned!! Thank you mini!!
"Good service" Sales were friendly and helpful when searching for specific vehicle that I wanted. Contract process was fast and accurate so customer can take the car out within an hour.
