"Awesome experience, awesome result." The sales experience was a pleasure! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Ruby was very patient configuring the vehicle and explaining all the features. Negotiating was relatively painless and they made me feel like I got the best deal ever. We ordered our car to be built and Ruby kept us informed with regular updates of the build status. She even had a big red bow on the car when we went to pick it up!
"Great service friendly attitude " I was told that the service call may be longer than I initially hoped. The service manager overheard that I had wanted to go grocery shopping. He sought me out and provided me with a ride to a nearby grocery where I was able to do my shopping and he called when service was over. The same individual picked me up. I did not feel like time stood still as I waited. He was thoughtful, helpful and I fully appreciated his actions.
