"Super energetic! " I never write reviews, but Greg is so awesome he deserves the shout out! Really awesome salesman who actually cares about the customer’s needs. He made the car buying experience fun and exciting which is what it should be! Met with a lot of other people from different dealerships, he was the only one who I actually felt like I could trust to be looking out for me! He is very on top of his work and is just a text away if you have any questions or concerns.
"Friendly and efficient" Everyone was so kind and helpful and upbeat. I had been servicing my car in another mini location and noticed a big change in personnel. I was so glad to see old familiar faceswho remembered me. Mini kept their word and covered the last oil change . I was in and out quickly

"Best in the Tri-State area, or maybe even the US?!" I intentionally drive over an hour just to visit this location, they are seriously the best. The best people work there, they’re super friendly, and very informative, and the entire location is very well kept.
"EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. Ryan is fabulous!! " Easily made an appointment. Received a loaner. All work done was explained in detail. The car was delivered precisely when it was promised. Ryan is a top flight service adviser.
"Back on the road again! " Mark Mozdziez was awesome! I called in a panic as it was after hours and techs were gone. The parts manager stayed 40 minutes waiting for me to arrive and I got the correct tire installed and I was on my way! Bravo for your real customer support team! It works great when you have true car enthusiast run your dealership. I do not know the parts guy that worked on my car so I sellected both.
"All good" I was in and out; loaner experience was fantastic...so good I'm thinking of trading in my convertible for a countryman. We’ll see.
"Best experience I’ve ever had!!!!" From the minute Greg introduced himself, I knew that I made the right decision by choosing this dealership. He was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in , went over all of the features of the car, and made me feel as if my husband and I were VIP’s. I have already recommended him to others! If all sales personnel were as honest and caring as he is, the car buying experience would always be stress-free.
