"Worth the trip!" Ryan at MINi Ramsey NJ is awesome 😎. He is always pleasant and attentive. I am alittle OCD. "Faster than Fast!!" I stopped by the dealership on a last minute whim to check and see when my 2018 MINI Clubman might require service and the technician, Joe Frasco, advised me that "yes, it is ready for service" and before I could ask for a future appointment date he asked, if I had time, they could do it right then. "Michelle provided great experience" Michelle was easy to work with, straight forward with a wealth of knowledge and honest. She went above and beyond to help find me the perfect MINI. I highly recommend her.
"Convenient" I believe my only issue was that I sat outside for 30 minutes prior to someone arriving becuase there were no more envelopes to leave my car keys in for drop off. I wasn't pleased. But, my car came out beautifully after the service.
"Greg was excellent. From his knowledge of the car to honesty" Greg is an excellent salesman. He knows his product, he’s patient, and resourceful. He was honest and kept his word from our introduction to seeing us off of the lot. I’m in love with my new car, he exceeded my expectations and he even checked in to make sure that we were happy. His tech guru was very patient and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend working with Greg and his team. I had an outstanding experience working with him.
"quick service!" I had a Saturday morning appt and expected a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out. This included having 4 brakes done

"Quickest service ever!" I had a Saturday appointment at 8:20 for regular service. It was determined I need brakes all around. I was shocked out how quickly the job was done!
