"Outstanding!!" I arrived for my scheduled maintenance, no wait time....car went right in as scheduled. Staff was very knowledgeable, and explained the maintenance and what was scheduled for this visit. Compared to other Mini Dealerships...Mini Ramsey is #1 on my list!!! Thank you for the excellent and quick service.
"A/C problem immediately found and all repairs done" Came in with wet carpets in front compartments, reason was an A/C draining problem and we needed to replace the whole carpet! The repair was done even earlier than first expected and car handed over cleaned and repaired. I would always recommend the MINI of Ramsey because of their competent service!

"Service done well in a comfortable & friendly environment," Caught a nail in our new 2019 MINI convertible over the weekend and was able to get an immediate appointment. Having rim and tire insurance it took extra time before the approval came through but Ryan kept me updated and Ruby our salesperson found a few minutes to say hello and catch up. The waiting area is comfortable and offers snacks and drinks. The car was washed and looked good. Now if they just washed the inside windows it would have been perfect!
