"Great service " Service Dept did excellent job getting me in and out within an hour for a tire issue. They are terrific. Also I know my salesman Robert always has my back. That’s why I bought 3 Mini Coopers over last three years
"Good but. " I was happy for the service. Ryan was super nice, and the one - unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he helped to fix my car - was very nice as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was when I paid for my service with cash, the woman at the cashier said I would need to pay exact amount. I didn't have a change so I asked her if I could split between cash and card.. she said she couldn't, because it would be too complicated, and she also said people never paid in cash..... well I ended up paying wi... read more
"Great customer service " Greg and the team at Mini Ramsey were professional, communicative, and friendly. Greg took time to answer all of our questions and help us figure out which car best suited us. He was easy to reach via text but also wasn’t overbearing in trying to sell. Highly recommend!
"Comfortable" . Always a comfortable visit. A feeling of trust and family. The time to service was reasonable. Cost was a little high. It was fun chatting with the employees.
"Great service team" Joe and the service technician did a wonderful job. My mini had a drive train error message. It was quickly diagnosed as needing a software update and fixed. My car runs well and no more error messages!
"replaced Flywheel and Clutch" I had to replace my flywheel and clutch on my 2009 cooperS, that only had 30k miles. you can imagine my surprise. I've always driven manuals and never had to replace a clutch. I've herd many people have the same issue and shame on BMW MINI division for not putting good parts. never the less the Ramsey service department was wonderful helping me with a serious and expensive decision.
