"Only fair experience " Confusion about who was supposed to be working with me. Failure to get back promptly. Was treated much better st other dealerships. Bought the car in spite of Mini of Ramsey, not because of it

"Almost perfect" I had a 7,000 repair bill because of damage to the underside of my vechile. Hubby went through a small puddle at a paper recycling plant.. and it coated the underside of the vechile..and radiator. The car was test drived.... When I drove home.. a prior front end noise was still there.. and a sound when breaking../ why was my vechile retuned needing additional work. I was mot given all the facts.

"oil change" fast service, efficient, very pleasant employees. Explained what my car needed in term of services, cleaned the car nicely and i was out of there it timely matter.
