"Great Experience" Terry Glattman was a pleasure to work with. Found the car we wanted at the price we liked. Was very attentive throughout the process and worked with us. On of the reasons we chose MINI over other competitors was because of the level of service terry provided during the sales process.
"exception everytime..." anytime I come in, the work's done quickly and professionally, and any unforeseen issues are always described carefully and options explored before work commences (whether warrantied, or not); the service is always first-rate; it'd be nice if nothing ever failed, but work done when it does is alway right the first time...highly recommended...
