"Very friendly, and knowledgeable" Very friendly staff and made me feel comfortable while going through the car shopping process. I did not feel like I was taken advantage of and feel I was treated fairly and as an equal. I would lease or buy from them again.

"Emergency blowout" I was on Rt 17 headed south when I hit a 4" pothole, blowing out the tire. It was Saturday at 1pm. Fortunately, I have run-flats and I was within a few miles of Ramsey Mini. I limped in. Nick was able to get me in without an appointment and I was back on the road within an hour or so.
"Great" Bob was a very honest and informative salesperson. He did a great job of guiding us through the sales process. I would definitely recommend Bob to a friend.
"Service" Brought my mini in for tire service. Nick let me know there was a recall on the convertible top mechanism and I was close to an oil change so added those items on to the tire replacement. Everything went well, liked the complimentary car wash. I was there on a Saturday morning which I knew would be a busy time and I wasn't wrong. Next time I'll try for a weekday to reduce waiting time.
"Subaru Forrester" Spiro was incredibly helpful and patient looking for the perfect car for me. He showed me all of the cars that fit into my budget and made everything work for me
"text book customer service" For me courteous, factual, timely customer service is every bit as important as the product service purchased. Ramsey Mini gets highest marks in both categories.
"Made buying a car quick and painless." Salesman Bob Filenbaum made buying a car quick and painless. Offered a fair price on a trade in and was very helpful in finding the exact car I was looking for.
"AMAZING EXPERIENCE AS ALWAYS!!!" I always ENJOY my experience when I come to this location. The staff is very hospitable and knowledgeable. Joe was very welcoming, answered all my questions, and provided me information on what my next steps will look like when I have paid off my John Cooper in the next two months. Joe, went on to take my information to give to his manager to assist me with extended warranties.
