I have been to every mini location within 150 miles and no other dealership delivers this level of service. He explains every issue to my satisfaction and delivers personal, attentive and responsive results.

"Quick and easy service during Spring Service Clinic " Easy in and out. Got an oil change, car was washed. No issues found. Ryan Patti was my Service Advisor. He is great to work with.
"Service fast and courteous" Came in for the service clinic. I wanted to see what was wrong if anything with my 2012 Countryman. I came out of it with a $800 plus repair bill. Ryan pointed out the problems, got me a loaner car, called me when the repair was finished and returned the loaner. Repair took one day to do. Ryan was very helpful in scheduling the repair work and getting me a loaner car which was in short supply. All in all a satisfactory experience except for the bill of course.
