"Very pleasant service experience" Dropped of my recently delivered Clubman S for an issue with the automatic windshield wipers. I was given a loaner and told they would call me later in the day after the diagnosis was done. Turned out to be a defective rain sensor and the part would be in the following day. I was called early the next morning that the car was ready and would be washed and ready for me to get in about an hour. Joe and everyone else were very pleasant to deal with
