"Found the specific car I was looking for. " They took time to research what I was looking for in a Countryman and found one with my exact specifications. The whole process was without stress or bother. I was kept appropriately informed with emails on the progress. I was given ample information regarding leasing and financing options before finalizing the deal.
"Staff is friendly, professional, and easy to work with" Brought in my 2016 Mini Cooper Convertible for general service. When I first checked in, the service department flagged 3 recall related issues that needed extra attention. It was suggested I make a second appointment on account of the time needed to finish the job. 15min into the appointment , Service indicated they could bang out everything in one visit...all it took was an extra 60min and I was good to go.

"First Mini Experience " I recently finalized a lease on a 2018 Mini Cooper S 4 door hardtop. This was my first experience with Mini, and I have nothing but good things to say about this experience.
