"Great experience ! Very efficient " Nicholas Falvo was my service provider. He did an amazing job in explaining all the issues I had with my mini cooper and what next steps should be taken. I felt very pleased with his job and his honesty. Great employee !
"Another outstanding experience with Nick" As always a great experience. Nick alsways goes w over and beyond. He has always worked hard to make sure we get the greats value and best use of our time.
"Quick and easy drive in drive out." I was happy that everything was completed quickly and my car is still under warranty and free maintenance. During the maintenance, I had coffee and bagel.
"Returning Leased Vehicle" I have leased two mini's with this location. From the beginning to the end it has been a privilige to be part of the MINI FAMILY. It truly is a unique experience, (I have leased from BMV, AUDI, then the kids came along...HONDA, VOLKSWAGEN, CADILLAC, CHEVROLET and then MINI) The sales representatives, the actual center, the service is all wonderful, and then of course to drive the MINI so much fun.
"Job Well Done!" My wife's MINI Cooper S was in for a defective rear fog lamp issue, which ended up costing very little to remedy, but the service tech's discovered a significant series of oil leaks at the oil filter housing and the turbocharger oil feed tube. Tube and gaskets needed to be replaced, as did a cracked drive belt. All work was performed in a timely manner, and we were given a 2018 Cooper S hardtop 4-door as a loaner which was wonderful for a few days (not as wonderful as our own beloved MINI, of course.)
