My much-loved 2006 Mini Cooper S had to be replaced, and Carolyn (in service) and Erin (in sales) could not have been more wonderful with me. I was very emotional, and I will never forget how kind and helpful they were - I would recommend Erin to anyone who needs a personal touch (and I already have!). Thank you so much!!

The overall dealership experience was great! The atmosphere was professional and friendly. The decor was clean and eye-appealing. Suditi provided friendly and thorough service and was very knowledgeable of her product. She was a pleasure to work with and I would work with her again.

Suditi was very helpful and most professional Motoring Advisor that I have every dealt with. She answered all my questions and help me find the car I was looking for. Suditi loves the MINI and it shows. I think she has made me into a MINIack (did I spell that right?).

We traveled over 60 miles to buy our MINI at Prestige. Prestige had the best selection of MINIs in NJ . Erin Hilyer was a great Advisor. She loves the car and it shows! Erin was very patient while we tried different vehicles. Further, she offered important insights into MINI driving, maintenance and services. The negotiation portion of the purchase was painless. The paperwork was completed in a timely manner. Prestige handled everything! I highly recommend Erin Hilyer and Prestige MINI.

Suditi was amazing. We went into the dealership thinking we would be a used Mini and we test drove on. After looking around and realizing that there were so many great deals, we decided to buy a new on right off the sales floor! I've dealt with many, many car salespeople and I can honestly say that Suditi was the most professional, friendliest, sincere person we have ever dealt with. This is the 3rd Mini Cooper S hardtop I've brought from Prestige Mini. And even though the dealership has grown with the brand from a niche player to a more standard, multi-model brand (marque) Prestige Mini still makes buying, servicing -- and just driving in for a free car wash -- fun. My experience with Prestige Mini was excellent. Erin was friendly and helpful while educating my husband and myself about the Mini experience and ordering options. When it was time to buy, Erin was professional but not pushy. She made us feel like she was really on our side when negotiating price and kept our interests in mind. Erin was wonderful and unlike cell phone companies that are helpful until you become a customer and then go cold afterwards, she has been awesome from beginning to current.
