Day #1 I visit the dealership to ask for a delivery time in case I order a car on internet and, with no intention to buy, a test drive it was offered and I accepted. I asked to be informed, by email, when 2011 prices will be available. Terry Glattman periodically up-dated me by email without any reminders. As I enjoy the car, I decided to buy. I was referred to Alfredo Lisciotto through another friend. I came into Prestige just to browse but Alfredo made me fall in love with Mini. He was so informative and genuine. I left Prestige with a beautiful Mini Cooper and I don't think I'll ever get anything else. Alfredo still contacts me to see how the car is doing and to check if I'm having any problems. I could not be happier.

Lenny knew what car I wanted. He let me know when he found the right car and the right price. In a few days it was ready and all the paper work was done! Lenny also gave me good advice on what extras to buy that would look great as well as practical. This is the second Mini I bought there and the second time I had Lenny as my motoring adviser! The wheel and tire insurance was thing Lenny sold me other than the Mini!

I would also like to add a little something for our salesman Spiro Bogris. We originally came into the Prestige mini dealer just to look, no intention of buying. Spiro sat with us, explained the different models, accompany us for a test drive. He made us fall in love with the Mini Cooper. But his loyalty did not end after we purchased our car. I just leased my second mini from Prestige. Both times around the sales and service experiences have been great. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. This time around I worked with Lenny who I would HIGHLY recommend. Lenny was honest about my options and helped guide me to making the best decision. Prestige Mini has a very friendly staff. Our salesman Spiro was very helpful in answering all our questions and showed us the best opens for our budget. I would recommend Prestige Mini to others and when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle I would purchase it from Prestige Mini in a heart beat.

Alfredo made the purchase process a me-specific experience. He really worked with me to find a car which fell within my price range that would still I fall in love with. He then spent a lot of time going over the different financing options until I understood it all, and we decided on one that worked for me. I would (and have) specifically mentioned his name when people have showed interest in purchasing a Mini. When I am ready for my next one, I will definitely go back to Alfredo.
