First of all, 5 stars is not enough for Terry or Prestige Mini. My wife purchased her car from this fine dealer well over a year ago. Funny thing is, I just purchased another make because of silly reasons and boy do I have buyers remorse. Bought my first MINI (2012 Cooper S Clubman) this week. "Best stick I've ever had." (Say that fast and you can get into some...um, trouble). Steve is a cutie - knowledgeable, personable, great sense of humor. Angela was the "icing on the cake" - Prestige is very wise indeed to save Angela for the "dirty details" part of the buying experience. :-)
I have been dealing with Prestige Mini for almost 5 years. I am on my second Mini Cooper as I traded in my older car for a new one just a few days ago. The dealership is beautiful, clean, and has great energy as does the staff. Only great things to say about the Prestige Mini Team. Erin Hilyer, our sales person, with an assist from Nick Mule, made buying our Clubman S a great experience. Both were very knowledgeable about Mini products and they listened to us. No presure, just a lot of patience on thier part to find us the perfect Mini. Spiro (Bogris) was very knowledgable; he answered ALL of our questions and found us the perfect car! This was our third or fourth dealership we visited, so we did not plan on driving away with a different car at first. Spiro's great service made it a no-brainer.
