The entire car buying experience was 110% perfect. I felt like we were dealing with old friends. I was looking for a car which was great on gas and fun to drive. I had stopped by Prestige Mini of Mahwah NJ and was greeted by Spiro Bogris one of the sales associates. Me and my wife we just got the new MINI Cooper Countryman! Bob Filebaum was our salesperson and by our side throughout the whole process. He got us the car we were looking for and for what we wanted to pay (actually a little less) and, more importantly, the car we were promised. This morning's service appointment might have been the best overall service experience I've ever had. My salesperson Spiro Bogris met me just as arrived, found the service manager who promptly test drove the car and confirmed the problem.I was out in 45 minutes--problem solved. This was an important service call. My daughter had just taken delivery of the car the night before and on the way home discovered a loud rattle. This impacted the excitement of having a new car. From the first time I entered Prestige Mini in Mahwah to the day I drove off with my little yellow car I was treated with kindness, respect, professionalism, and honesty. Overall car buying experience was a pleasure from start to finish, spiro was not only friendly but patient, knowledgeable,and helpful. Spiro was great to work with. I advised that I was interested in a used car for my daughter and gave him a price range. We met and he had selected the perfect car that was well within our range. He was professional throughout the process and expalined the car fully to my daughter to make sure she was comfortable behind the wheel.
