Being leary of the sales practices of american car dealers is certainly justifiable. After extensive research of the process and of the car I had an interest in, I felt ready to enter the "lion's den". My apprehension proved to be unnessory; what transpired was the most pleasant time I ever had with a dealership. Service was somewhat slow and did not always find the problem the first time. I found my service representative difficult to reach when I wanted an update on when my car would be ready and if any loaners were available. The car is now running very well.
My wife and I went to Prestige Mini planning on leasing a Mini but were not sure if we could afford it. Terry Glattman and the Prestige Sales Manager worked with us with patience and grace as we made our decision. They were willing to answer our questions even when at one point were not sure we were going to lease the case with them. Terry knows everything about the Mini HT, S and Clubman HT and S. It was a great experience and we highly recommend them.
I have purchased three MINI's from Prestige and I am about to embark on my fourth. Customer service is top notch and the service I have received from both Sales and Service has been fabulous. Lenny Danudone is the BEST Motoring Advisor....straight forward, honest and to the point. I would highly recommend this dealership and Lenny to anyone interested in purchasing a MINI.
My wife and I live in Florida and were looking for a low mileage Mini Cooper S Convertible. We located a 2008 with only 2,014 miles on it at Prestige in NJ. Since we had wonderful luck with the purchase of a car remotely in the past, we decided to pursue this opportunity further. IF NOT FOR MATT HALLIWELL I WOULD PROBELY TAKE SOME OF THE SERVICE AND AUTO BODY SOMEWHERE ELSE HE MAKES IT EASY TO JUSTIFY A LITTLE MORE IN PRICE BEING THAT A DEALER IS USUALLY A BIT HIGHER.ITS WORTH IT TO DEAL WITH HIM I KNOW EVERYTHING IS HANDLED TO THE HIGHEST QUIALTY
Originally I went to Mini to check out the car, and because the agency had such good sales service (Spiro made the choice options, which are many, very manageable) - I bought the car at Prestige one year ago. Recently, Matt took care of a crack in the windshield - all under warranty, notably all handled very professionally and friendly at the same time. Finally, I drive stick shift and the mini turbo clubman is just great to drive!
I have purchased several cars in the past, but at no time have I had a buying experience like the one I encountered at Prestige Mini. Finding ourselves looking for a new vehicle, we naturally went to BMW initially as we were familiar with Prestige's BMW dealership and had very positive experiences with four purchases made there over the last several years.
