We worked with Steven Allen on trading in our 2010 Masada cx7 so that we could relocate our family to new York city with a smaller and more economical car. Steven was greAt to work with. We had over 6000 in negative equity from our old car. We found a solution that met our needs and he never pushed or "sold" us. A friendly dialogue existed the entire time and even our kids took to him. We had a GREAT experience with Steve Allen. We traded in our Audit A6 for a 2011 Mini Cooper. We were nervous about this and we wanted to learn a lot about the world of Mini Coopers first. After going to a dealership that knew nothing about JEEPS, (any question I had about the Wrangler in question, the salesman told me we'd have to look the information up on-line.. i could do that) I went to the Prestige MINI dealership and had an awesome experience. The sales associate, Steve Allen was very personable and being a JEEP owner himself, he was very knowledgeable about them. After falling in love with the 2007 Sahara, he made it possible for me to go home with it.
I had a very good experience at this dealership. We discussed a deal over a in stock car on the phone, as I'm from out of state. When I arrived, I did have to wait a bit to sign the papers but everyone there was exceptionally friendly and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. Mini's are great cars and this is a great place to buy one.
Bob did a great job of walking me through the process from the minute I walked in the door. Unlike previous dealers I had visited, he immediately went to work in order to ensure that my needs were met by the cars in the lot.
