We purchased a new MINI and received a very competitive price from this dealer. There were a few bumps in the road along the way however. We weren't pleased with the original salesman we worked with, but found Nick to be very helpful. Unfortunately, due to a factory mix-up, our custom build car was manufactured without a sunroof. Nick was equally disappointed and promised us he would make things right. We received a discount off our price and were happy with the resolution to the problem.

I recently purchased a Mini Cooper at Prestige Mini , Ramsey NJ. My whole experience there was great. A truly well organized operation. My husband and I would like to thank Bob filenbaum at the mini cooper dealership. He has helped us so much. he made us feel so comfortable he did'nt push anything on us that we didnt want . he located the car we wanted and got it for us . he didnt let you settle for something you didnt want he is very friendly and before your purchase he makes sure every thing is ready so you dont spend alot of time waiting i would recommened this dealership and bob filenbaum as the salesman. and mini cooper the best little car on the road .... read more

I bought a car here in April 2010 and come back for regular maintenance. Every time I come here I am greeted by name by the salesman who sold me the car. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Everyone is friendly, no sales pressure. They know they have a great product and there is no hype or hard sell. Service is expensive but very efficient and very well done. All in all, a great dealership.

Well it's been about four weeks since I bought my 2007 Mini Cooper. I've been so busy having fun with the car that I have not had time to write about my experience at Prestege Mini in Ramsey. I've been going back every Friday afternoon to get a free car wash and a free cup of coffee and I enjoy looking around watching others getting in their new cars. I had been contemplating purchasing a Mini for a few months. I showed up at Prestige looking to test drive the new Countryman All4 and with little delay I was out on the road. I sent the entire day there and it was so much fun. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The new location is awesome and for a first time buyer, it was everything i dreamed it would be. Alfredo did his best to get us the best price and Angela is the finance department explained everything to a T. Alfredo showed us the car in and out. We didnt walk out with any questions. Thank you.
