"Was not happy to find out that winter tires bought by..." Was not happy to find out that winter tires bought by mini isn’t covered under the tire insurance!! And $500 for a tire and to put it on is insane!

"Was not expecting to lease a new car, but after careful thou" Abe and Gregory are professional and they won my trust. I had a horrible experience with a used MINI. I believe that this experience may have regained my loyalty to the brand.
"2017 Clubman Service" Everyone was very attentive and efficient. I thought I might need some out-of-pocket repairs and I was told I didn’t—which made this service department very credible to me.
"Replaced a flat tire" Showed unannounced with a flat tire and they took vehicle in immediately. The tire was replaced in no time and they even wadhed my car. Great job Mini of Ramsey!
"no flat FLAT" My wife blew out the front left tire on her way to work on 1/2/19. at 6AM in the Montclair Area of NJ. She did drive the car to her work location about 7 miles one the rim. i reached out to Mini Roadside and arranged for the car to be taken to Ramsey Mini. after a variety of issues with the Wappingers Falls, I spoke with Mark and arranged for the tire to be replaced and the Car returned t My Wife's location. additionally, Mark checked into my account and warranties and reveled that I had a 36/3 extended servic... read more
"Ignition coil" Staff is friendly... however, being back for the same issue (3 times) is very frustrating. I feel that a 2 year old car (w/16000 miles) shouldn’t have this problem, and if it does, an easy fix should hold up more than just 3 days before coming in for the same thing.
"Open items not closed out after payment received in full " Dealer not responsive to emails and voicemails after payment in full. I even sent this survey request asking for a call before I submitted my response. No call back
