"Nick was very helpful" I had to pay $96.00 for tire rotation. Having purchased a full warranty package at time of lease, I cannot understand why that was not included.
"long wait, no follow up as promised " I waited two hours in full and then we were told that we would get a receipt and our final paper work by email later that day. "Ridiculous " I brought my 2017 mini in for its yearly service. I was told that a year old car with 8,000 miles on it needs 4 new tires. And you were going to charge $200 for an Alignment. Put decent tires on a car before a customer purchases a vehicle from your dealership. This is totally unacceptable that tires need to be replaced after 8000 miles.

"Drove from Jersey shore for this dealership" Had previously visited a Mini dealer closer to home - not satisfied with the service - purchased my Mini at this dealership 10 years ago so decided to take my Mini on the road for a complete tune-up. They did work on the interior with no charge and completely overhauled my 2018 convertible in 2 days.

Had my windshield replaced, I feel the charge was r horbatent, will never have them do it again. After replacing the windshield they did not clean it, left fingerprints and dust on the inside. This is the first time i was totally dissatisfied.

This is one of the worst automobiles and the worst dealerships ever. My daughter has a 2003 Mini cooper was informed of recall last year on power steering. I called the dealership and was told they did not have the parts yet they put me on the "List" Never heard back from them called again last month and was told now it was past the warrantee period for the recall it was within the period when I first called and was told they did not have the parts. I visited this dealership with my College age Daughter. We were intrested in purchasing a Mini. We sat down to discus the price and they told us the price was more than the sticker on the car! Can you believe this? How crooked can you be, really???? This dealership is a joke I don't know how they sleep at night ! Saw a listing and spoke to a salesperson about a Paceman listed at $28500. We planned to come in a purchase the car and were told is was now at $39,900?! We were told they would sell us that car for $34,200. It's now listed at $36,900 when there is a WAY more loaded JCW elsewhere with a lot less miles for $33,000?
