"Awesome" We were taken as a walk in to fiix a loose part on he hood.. They took is in even when they are booked that day. It was a Saturday.
"Not such a friendly place " My service advisor was Ryan P. He was fantastic... attentive, friendly, informative, etc. However, 5 or 6 other staff members walked be me multiple times and not one of them said hello or offered a greeting of any kind. The service receptionist was on the phone most of the time and even changed the channel while I was watching the news without asking if anyone was watching. "Fixing it." Nigel was having a difficult time starting after sitting for a long period. So I had tried to change the fuel filter myself. Managed to break the parts of the container on bottom. Had car brought to the dealership to straighten it out. They changed the container and the tank fuel pump, cleaned the injectors and system. Note on my receipt said that I did not need a HPFP to cure the hard starting. It was OK when I got it back. The next morning it took 2-3 times to get it started again.... "It was what we expected from a Dealer" The service advisor was helpful and efficient. However the cashier has an rude attitude and lack of customer service training. They took a week for giving us a diagnostic on the vehicle.
"Service Appointment" Service done in expected time frame. Disappointed that loaner cars are not available anymore (when scheduling an appointment online). Charging 0.5 work hours for replacing an engine filter and another half hour for a cabin filter seems excessive. Takes altogether no more than 15 min.
"Questionable" I gave a poor rating because the car has been leaking oil since the service. Bringing it back today! They also were unable to print me a receipt.
"Radio outage" Radio was fine since they are thorough they found a recall and light out. Good checking the diagnostics finding things I didn’t know were wrong

"Horrible Staff, and Service" When buying my car I had an appointment set up at 10am, I came in a bit early at 9:30am. I was in the dealership until 2pm because they broke my hood latch on the car and it took them that long to fix it. The car broke down the next day, been on the phone with them for hours everyday trying to either fix my vehicle or get a refund. "Diagnostic Evaluation: Just given problems, price" I found the price for individual problems much too high, in particular for my 2012 Mini with only 33000 miles to already show a crack in the oil filter housing. How is this possible?
