the service department has always been great. this is my second mini and each has been professionally serviced. Matt, the service manager has always been professional, friendly and courteous. He has always done the work promised and delivered the car on time. I would recommend Prestige Mini without hesitation
Very customer oriented and informative about customizations for Cooper Works conversions, engine mods, exhaust and cosmetics. Dealership is 60+ miles from home but worth the trip. Showroom is comfortable and clean. Service shop is immaculate. Great service experience. If the other NJ/PA Mini Shops were as customer friendly as these guys, people like me wouldn't drive an hour and a half for scheduled maintenance. Well, I flew 1,100 miles to pick up my used car since it would have cost $1,500 to ship it to Florida. Sales person was very nice, but the car was low on coolant and the oil level was over filled. I did not discover this of course since it first popped far away from the dealer. Since I nor the sales person did not know how to read the cars gas gauge, the tank that was suppose to be full was about 1/2. I am partially to blame for the above, but the dealership should take their time with customers.

I am very pleased with the service I receive at the dealership. I have gone elsewhere once only for an oil change and it was a disaster! Never will I go anywhere else but Mini of Ramsey! Waited less than 1 hour for my oil change and “Cooper” even got a bath!!!

Why wasn’t this checked and I notified ahead of time so I didn’t have to get up so early and make an unnecessary trip? I’m still waiting for another call back!!!

My check engine light had been on for months and I was nervous to take my car in for a checkup as I've been scammed before (at different auto shops) and overcharged. They figured out the problem, explained to me exactly what it was, ended up not charging me at all because the part was under warranty, and washed my car!

"I stopped by to make an appt at ramsey mini cooper at..." I stopped by to make an appt at ramsey mini cooper at around 5pm friday for a 10k service. They asked if i would wait an hour because they would do it in an hour. At 1-2 hour i was told it was done. They changed the oil and all filetwrs and washed the inside and out. Perfect job, in half the time they quoted!!! I couldnt be happier with them.
